HIGH ABSORPTION MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE

I trust Olyvo Labs - it's the one supplement brand I buy without worrying.I wanted to try Magnesium in the hope it helps with my visual migraines, and with my vestibular system wonkiness. Won't hurt; maybe will help. And this is affordable.Zero stomach upset. I don't feel anything after I take them. I do take one in the morning and one at night and not at the same time.These are rather large but it doesn't bother me - I take one with a couple other vitamins and down they go.Guess I'll see if there's any improvement but it can take 3-4 months so don't expect overnight 'miracles' with anything.

The product is good, & I definitely noticed it helping with sleep. That being said, the pills are just way too big for me. I actually got them stuck in my throat a couple times, which I was able to either cough it back up, or swallow really hard, but it was still very alarming. I liked the product, but I'm planning to switch to gummies or a powder.I'm editing this review and adding a star, because I figured out a way that works for me to swallow it. First off, I drink water before I take it, & leave a little water in my mouth. Then, I take a really huge gulp of water and swallow. Doing that helps it slide down easily. It just takes a lot more water than I ever had to take, even with large pills. So now that I've found a way that works, I would repurchase.

I WAS having Constant BAD sciatica PAIN!-I tried Chiropractic/Tylenol (NSAIDS are BAD!), with little relief!?I finally did a Google/Chrome "AI" search for- "sciatica pain relief supplements"?Down near the end of the list- AI recommended "this" form of Magnesium? HUH?OH WELL, I Was tired of being in PAIN, and ordered a bottle (I was already getting 100mg from my Multi)?-Within 2 hours after taking 1, with dinner(1 with breakfast too) and, the Pain was GONE!!! :o)-I am also sleeping better, and have much less morning brain fog!It may not help you, but give it a try!?2. I also got 2 CushZone XL Gel seat cushions for my computer chair/ Recliner! WOW, much better than Memory Foam!a. Also sit down SOFTLY, with NO plop!

Working as electrician for several decades, took a tall say the least. Needed extra magnesium to help with muscle issues and been taking these for 3 weeks now and slowly starting notice the difference. I take 2 with my dinner and had no issues with stomach or anything. Just helping muscles to stay in top shape, especially notice difference after a longer day, not as tired as far as muscles goes. Definitely great supplement!

It is easy to swallow even though it is a larger capsule.

I use this as an alternative to melatonin as a sleep aid because it doesn't produce the nightmares that melatonin does. Works very well too. I take one capsule about 30 minutes before bedtime, and I'm asleep a few minutes after I'm in bed.

These pills are a lot bigger than the actual others. I purchased a smaller bottle but the exact same as the larger bottle. They are larger in size( pills) I was taking two( the smaller bottle. I now take one that I have the larger pills but the same exact dose is in these. I notice I would wake up with a headache as I hadn’t before.

I have tried other brands of Magnesium Glycinate and didn’t find them as effective as Olyvo Labs. I started taking it for restless legs and found it did work. I also found they helped me sleep at night and no longer need to take Melatonin.
