Refund policy
At Olyvo Labs, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy under the terms outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging with the safety seal intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
If you purchased a multi-month supply, any additional products must remain unopened to qualify for a return. If a free gift was included with your order, it must also be returned to receive a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@olyvolabs.com and include the following details:
- Your Order ID
- The delivery address used for the order
- Reason for return
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Reach out to support@olyvolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
