Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time Monday–Friday, will begin processing the same business day.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Olyvo Labs is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to delivery failure may incur additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team at support@olyvolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
